1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 7adc ("Platform", "We", "Us"). 2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the 7adc platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets.
• You must be a human individual and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another person.
• Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 7adc platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Supplying false details is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Management and Security

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 7adc shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security. You agree to:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 7adc support immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

7adc supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions must be conducted through the approved payment channels listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during KYC verification or peak periods.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will preferably be returned via the same method upon withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 7adc makes promotional offers and bonuses available to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by specific wagering requirements and time limits, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General rules applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until the stipulated rollover requirement has been met in full.
• 7adc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers through multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or coordinated betting strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 7adc are subject to the specific rules of each game or sporting event. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. For sports betting, 7adc covers major events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup matches, FIFA football, and kabaddi, among others. Bet acceptance, odds, and results are determined by the platform and its data providers.

7adc reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or where odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of acceptance. Players will be notified and affected stakes returned in such events.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7adc platform. Any player found engaging in these actions will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the platform for illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players or use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions or other platform rules.

8. Responsible Gaming

7adc is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We encourage all players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. • You may not use any 7adc trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written permission from an authorised representative of 7adc.
• All game software and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used on 7adc are owned or licensed from accredited third-party providers. 7adc does not claim ownership over provider game titles.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the 7adc platform using automated tools is forbidden without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

7adc provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from: platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission delays, or interruption of internet connectivity.

In no event shall 7adc's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7adc shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

7adc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, is involved in fraudulent activity, poses a risk management concern, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the player minus any applicable transaction fees, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

7adc is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all user data. We collect, store, and process personal information solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

TheseTerms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support channels, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed neutral arbitration process. 7adc's decisions regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and account actions based on documented evidence shall be considered final and binding.
